The Beginning
Elise grew up in a challenging environment, moving between family members via the care system and even sofa surfing at age 12. Despite these hardships, her childhood taught her resilience and ignited a fire in her belly to achieve more than the cards she was dealt.
The Struggles
Starting without financial support or a nurturing network posed a challenge. Elise stumbled across a lash course and worked hard as a care assistant to save enough money to pay for it. She often worked late into the night from her boyfriend's living room, sacrificing time and money to learn as much as possible and practice enough to quickly improve and become great. Every penny she earned went straight back into the business.
The Triumph
After growing a successful business, Elise made it her mission to make it easier for people to learn beauty without the burnout at the beginning. She recognized that different backgrounds impact an individual's self-belief. She designed courses that not only teach effectively so that everyone excels from the start but also empower confidence and self-belief.

With a burning passion to raise the bar in our industry, I believe it all starts with the community we foster from the beginning. When someone is introduced to the beauty world with the encouragement to collaborate rather than compete, their perspective transforms. The key to nurturing exceptional beauticians and trainers is teaching them that learning never stops and support is always available. It's about instilling in them the belief that they are capable of incredible things and empowering them to pursue their goals with full force.
